Fire Door Technical Specifications Material and Thickness: The frame is manufactured from 1.5 mm cold-rolled DKP steel sheet; the door leaf is made from 1 + 1 mm cold-rolled DKP steel sheet. Surface Coating: Finished with electrostatic powder paint. Frame Type: Adjustable steel frame. Optional Core Filling (Upon Customer Request): 150 kg/m³ density rock wool insulation inside the door leaf, with additional gypsum board fire insulation. Hinges: Two waterproof-type steel pivot hinges. Seals: Dust-proof seal, sound insulation seal, and fire seal. Panic Bar: Equipped with a panic bar and operable for emergency exit. Optional Accessories (Upon Customer Request): Lockable door handle Hydraulic door closer Automatic drop-down bottom seal Magnetic lock system Fire Resistance: Certified fire resistance of 120 minutes.
